Football fans want to see “Prime Time” replace the greatest college football coach of all time at Alabama.
In a stunner, it was reported on Wednesday afternoon that Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban was retiring. The 72-year-old won seven national championships as a head coach, one at LSU and six with the Crimson Tide.
With the nation’s top college football head coaching position now vacant, fans are calling for Deion Sanders to leave the Colorado Buffaloes and succeed Saban at Bama:

It certainly would be entertaining to watch Sanders go from Colorado to Alabama, but it’s simply not going to happen. The Crimson Tide will most certainly want to go with either an in-house option or a far more experienced coach.
But hey, one can dream.
