After getting dismantled by the Oregon Ducks last week, the Colorado Buffaloes players could really use a pick-me-up as they get ready for an even more talented team this Saturday.
All Elite Wrestling is currently in town for their weekly Dynamite show so head coach Deion Sanders invited a group of AEW wrestlers to practice with the Buffaloes.
One of the more notable wrestlers was Mark Henry, who spoke to the team about mental health.
“I was largely considered to be the strongest person to ever walk the planet,” Henry said.
Henry is known for being the World’s Strongest Man, earning the title after winning several weightlifting competitions back in the 90s.
“All of y’all are going to have troubles. It does not make you weak to ask for help. It doesn’t make you weak because you have something that you don’t know the answer to. You all have advocacy here that’s willing to do that.”
“The sooner you can have more communication with your coaches and with the administrative staff that is here for your all’s mental health, the better,” he told the players.

Henry, who is now working in the commentary booth and behind the scenes in AEW, is best known for his 25-year career in WWE.
He is a two-time Olympic qualifier who was crowned World Drug-Free Powerlifting Federation and World Champion in 1995 before winning the inaugural Arnold Strongman Classic in 2002.
For Colorado, they are looking to pull off a massive upset when they take on Caleb Williams and the USC Trojans this weekend at home in Boulder.
USC comes into the game as 21.5 point favorites against Colorado just as Oregon was this past weekend.
