Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders suggested he has something in store for opposing number Jay Norvell following the latter’s recent comments.
The Buffs are fired up on the back of Norvell’s criticism of Sanders, with the Rams HC suggesting Coach Prime isn’t properly cultured ahead of the in-state clash between the two programs on Saturday.
“I sat down with ESPN today,” Norvell said during his radio show this week. “I don’t care if they hear it in Boulder. I told them, I took my hat off and I took my glasses off. I said when I talk to grown-ups, I take my hat off and my glasses off. That’s what my mother taught me. (Colorado’s) not going to like us no matter what we say or do.”
The bold statement has made things very personal between the two coaches and, speaking to ‘College GameDay’ this Saturday, Prime asked for the cameras to keep rolling after the game as he expects to interact with Norvell.

The Buffs will go into Saturday night’s game hoping to go 3-0 after beating TCU and Nebraska in their opening fixtures. The Rams, on the other hand, will be desperate not to fall to 0-2.
