The Colorado Buffaloes had virtually no shot at a comeback against Oregon when they headed into the half trailing 35-0. But that doesn’t mean Deion Sanders is going to allow his team to just roll over for the second half.
According to ESPN sideline reporter Katie George, Coach Prime’s message to his team at the half was that “situations like this make you hold one another accountable, that’s players and coaches.”
We’ll see if Deion’s words at the half worked. But it’s going to take more than just a good speech to get his team back in this game.
