Deion Sanders filed for several trademarks on Monday.
According to trademark attorney Josh Gerben, the University of Colorado head coach filed trademarks for “Prime Effect,” “Daddy Buck,” “Coach Prime,” and “It’s Personal.”
“Daddy Buck” and “It’s Personal” were filed in relation to a clothing brand, while “Coach Prime” is linked to clothing and other retail services, and “Prime Effect” covers a production company and clothing services.
Deion Sanders already helped Colorado surpass last year’s win total, and his coaching style and effect on his players have resonated across college football. He is easily the hottest coach in the entire country.
You can’t blame Sanders for looking to capitalize on his popularity.

Colorado’s upset win over TCU to start the season drew more than 7.2 million viewers. The team’s win over Nebraska scored 8.73 million views. Colorado’s double-overtime win over Colorado State turned out to be the fifth-most watched game on ESPN ever.
Coach Prime is looking to continue to build his brand, and nobody can blame him, as he’s off to a roaring start in Boulder.
If Colorado can somehow manage to upset Oregon over the weekend, Deion-mania is only going to get louder.
