Deion Sanders has really been through it lately.
Just last week, the former NFL cornerback revealed he could have a whole foot amputated. But it appears a new issue has been discovered as he’s now preparing to go under the knife for something else.
Pat McAfee has just announced that Coach Prime is set for emergency surgery this Friday due to a blood clot detected in his groin. The news came via way of Adam “Pacman” Jones, who is a staple on the Pat McAfee show.
“A blood clot has been found in his groin and he has emergency surgery happening tomorrow,” McAfee said. “We’re pulling for you, Coach.”
Jones added that he spoke to Sanders, who told him the surgery is set for 6:00 AM tomorrow morning.
Sanders and Jones are known to have a close relationship, and the latter would joke about Deion possibly losing a very important body part. You could check it all out below:

Sanders has faced numerous medical complications since 2021. He has already undergone nine surgeries since then, losing two toes due to amputation. And the possibility of losing his left foot remains as circulation is said to have nearly stopped.
Despite all of that, Coach Prime has kept on working with his Colorado Buffaloes squad ahead of the 2023 NCAA season.
We at TotalProSports wish Coach Prime a successful operation and a speedy recovery.
