Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes have moved to secure their future at quarterback as the program has gotten a commitment from a four-star quarterback for the 2025 class.
According to 247Sports, Antwann Hill has agreed to join the nation’s most popular team, with his father putting said publication on alert. Hill was in Boulder this weekend and is said to have enjoyed his visit.
The signal-caller attended one of the Buffs’ practices and has gotten to know most of the staff, also watching the game against USC.
“He decided that’s where he wanted to be,” his father said. “We gave him the green light to go for it. We loved the family vibe that they had there and just the knowledge Coach Prime was giving AJ what he’s trying to do with that program in Colorado. He made AJ feel at home.”
“It was a good visit!” the QB echoed. “What stands out is how they put their players in position to succeed on and off the field. Life after football is a must! They did a good job with me and my family and we enjoyed the trip. We’re just checking off the boxes!”
Hill, who stands at 6ft 5in and weighs 215 lbs, is ranked as the No. 6 quarterback in the nation and No. 71 overall by 247Sports.

“They’re some hard-nosed, old-school coaches that will teach you the game the right way,” he said of Sanders and offensive coordinator Sean Lewis.
Hill has completed 70 percent of his passes in seven junior games, throwing for 1,814 yards, 23 touchdowns, and just two interceptions. He had offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Arkansas, and Ole Miss.
“They [Colorado] checked all the boxes he was looking for,” his father declared.
