Deion Sanders is taking some heat on the back of Colorado’s fifth loss of the season.
The Buffaloes have fallen to 4-5 after suffering a 26-19 loss to Oregon State on Saturday night, and a bowl appearance is now in danger as they will need to win two of their remaining three games to be eligible.
Sanders made the surprising decision to demote Sean Lewis and promote Pat Shurmur to offensive coordinator ahead of the game, a move which puzzled fans given the reputation Lewis has built for himself over the last few years. It was even more confusing given the fact that the Buffs’ problems hardly go further than their offensive line.
Shurmur’s offense has not gotten off to the brightest of starts. The team looked dead on Saturday night, with quarterback Shedeur Sanders getting hurt in the process. And social media had all the criticism.

Let’s see how they look once he gets a better O-line.
