Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes are about to lose Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter to the NFL, but the team’s recruiting has just begun as it reloads to be even better in 2025.
It started this weekend with some huge news.
On Sunday, Louisiana Tech center transfer Zarian McGill committed to Colorado, per Chris Hummer of 247Sports.

This is huge news for an offensive live that gave up 42 sacks to quarterback Shedeur Sanders in 2024.
The Colorado Buffaloes finished the season with a 9-4 record and a 7-2 mark in Big 12 play.
The team may have lost their bowl game, but much more success is in store for this program after they signed Deion Sanders as their head coach.

The Colorado Buffaloes Have Already Found a Replacement for Shedeur Sanders
When the Colorado Buffaloes took on BYU in the Alamo Bowl last month, it was the final time that Shedeur Sanders would wear their uniform.
Sanders will be leaving his father’s program, but the succession plan is in place for his replacement as head coach, Deion Sanders, and the program added former Liberty quarterback Kaidon Salter from the transfer portal.
Salter has started the last two seasons for the Flames, leading them to a 20-4 record.
That news came after the Colorado Buffaloes got Julian “Juju” Lewis, the five-star quarterback who recently committed to the Colorado program.
Salter and Lewis will likely compete for the starting job in Boulder next season.
