The debate about who is the best wide receiver in the NFL is always a fun one.
Arizona Cardinals star DeAndre Hopkins’s name is always being brought up in being somewhere in the top-3.
Well, he appears to know exactly where he stands on the list.
Hopkins, who owns 54 receiving touchdowns since entering the league in 2013, appeared on ESPN’s “Jalen and Jacoby” on Thursday and explained why he is the league’s best wide receiver.
“[Michael Thomas] know if I had Drew Brees my whole career what these numbers would be,” Hopkins said. “Julio Jones know if I had Matt Ryan my whole career…he know what those numbers would be.”
For the last 3 seasons, Hopkins had Deshaun Watson throwing to him and it has allowed him to put up career numbers. But, it should be noted that he spent several seasons playing with terrible QB’s and still put up all-world numbers as well.
