Fans have hit out at a Stanford offensive lineman for what he did after helping the Stanford Cardinal come back from a 29-point deficit to beat Colorado on Friday night/Saturday morning.
Shedeur Sanders drew the ire of folks on social media after taunting the Arizona student section in the wake of the Buffaloes’ win last weekend, holding up a wrist featuring a watch believed to be worth $70K. Now, the internet is coming to his defense as a Cardinal OL has returned the taunt in kind following the shocking collapse in Boulder.
The Buffs were rolling down Easy Street at halftime, boasting a 29-0 lead. But they still contrived to lose 46-43 in double overtime. And one of the Stanford players, Connor McLaughlin, celebrated Shedeur style.
