Notre Dame is one win away from a long-awaited national championship victory.
We started with 12 teams, but now we’re down to just two, as we’ve finally reached the conclusion of the first-ever 12-team College Football Playoff.
The Ohio State Buckeyes came into the playoffs limping and not looked at as a team that would make it all the way, but they showed what they could do as they had resounding victories over Tennessee, Oregon, and, most recently, Texas.
Notre Dame, meanwhile, hasn’t looked dominant at all, but it still earned victories over Indiana, Georgia, and Penn State to earn its spot in the championship.
Can they pull off another upset to claim their first title since 1988?
If they do, one fan plans to make a significant change in his life.
One crazed fan on Reddit promises that he will have his penis surgically removed if the Fighting Irish wins the National Championship.

That fan is married and made it clear that he “will have to be flexible as I do have to consider my wife, who would like to have at least two children.”
He added that she is on board with accelerating the family planning so that he can go through with his plan to chop off his meat just for Notre Dame.

Can Notre Dame Pull Off History?
The national championship game between the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Ohio State Buckeyes is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 20.
The game will be played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
If the Fighting Irish pull this off, this would be their first victory over the Buckeyes since 1936.
