Bronny James is already a celebrity in his own right, though the hype surrounding him comes nowhere close to what his father LeBron James experienced when he was coming out of high school.
Be that as it may, the kid is talented and just about every college coach wants him.
“Simply put, Bronny is special, and he possesses the same greatness we see from LeBron,” a west coast college assistant was quoted as telling On3.
The publication ranks Bronny No.33 in the country ahead of his recruitment. And, while he’s thought to have narrowed his choices down to four programs, very little is clear when it comes to Bronny’s status, to the point where coaches are frustrated.
The guard is very insulated given his tight circle. An ACC coach claims an appointment has to be booked with a publicist just to speak to Bronny’s mother.
“I tried to get involved, but you had to jump through a thousand hoops just to get to the mom,” the coach told the aforementioned outlet. “You’re not allowed to talk to the kid. You have to schedule a time on Tuesday or Thursday with the publicist just to talk to the mom.”

Coaches really shouldn’t be surprised by this, though. This is the son of LeBron James we’re talking about. The Los Angeles Lakers star is fiercely protective of his family and will want Bronny to make the best possible decision.
