Fans in attendance at Jordan-Hare Stadium for the 2023 edition of the Iron Bowl were treated to another epic game in this storied rivalry.
Unfortunately for most of them, their Auburn Tigers were on the wrong end of history on this occasion, as Alabama somehow converted a 4th & goal from Auburn’s 31-yard line to take a late lead, en route to their 27-24 victory.
That unimaginable choke job by the Tigers against the no. 8 ranked Crimson Tide had fans in the stands left in shock. Some of them hid their faces. Others looked on in utter shock…
Some were even left in tears.

Make fun of the Tigers fans all you want, but you can’t doubt their love and devotion for their football team. It’s just too bad they weren’t treated to a better result. They may have burned the place down with an Auburn win.
