Caleb Williams was the victim of some proper trolling after throwing up a stinker against Notre Dame on Saturday night.
The Fighting Irish saw the USC Trojans off with a sound beating – 48-20 – and it appears Williams might not be able to capture that second straight Heisman Trophy as he threw a trio of interceptions during the game and fell behind in the race.
The loss was a heartbreaking one for the Heisman holder, though the Trojans are 6-1. And his night got worse shortly after the loss, with a fan somehow finding his way to the quarterback to troll him.
“Let me see those nails now, bro!” the unknown Fighting Irish supporter was heard shouting after running onto the field in a wife beater.
In case you’re unfamiliar with Caleb’s nails, he has a history of painting them for games, often using vulgar messages, though he’s recently promised to tone it down after talks with his coaches.

His message was not at all subtle when the two teams met back in November. And the unnamed fan was only too happy to serve him some payback.
Credit to Williams, though, he remained calm through the whole thing.
