The USC Trojans came into their game against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Saturday night with an undefeated record and a high-powered offense. They would leave South Bend with neither of those things.
Star quarterback Caleb Williams wasn’t his normal brilliant self as the Notre Dame defense held him to throwing for only 199 yards and one score. Williams also threw three interceptions in the game as well, putting up his worst performance as a member of the Trojans.
Considering the gravity of the victory — a massive 48-20 win over Lincoln Riley and defending Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams — Fighting Irish fans wanted to sulk in the win and stormed the field.
One obnoxious Notre Dame fan had to have his moment in the spotlight as the sleeveless fan walked over to Caleb Williams and basically forced him to take an unwanted selfie.
Williams looked distraught as he walked off the field.

It wasn’t the game that anyone expected from Williams, but there is no need to act like a sore winner.
Irish quarterback Sam Hartman outperformed his Trojans counterpart, throwing for 126 yards and two touchdowns, but the Notre Dame defense was the story of the game as they forced five USC turnovers.
The Trojans will have a chance to make up for this terrible performance as they welcome the Utah Utes to the LA Coliseum next week.
