It appears that Sarah Fuller will have another opportunity to kick for Vanderbilt when they take on Georgia.
Fuller, the starting goalkeeper on the Vanderbilt women’s soccer team, made her debut on the gridiron last weekend, but only got a shot to do the kickoff as the team failed to get into scoring position all game long.
Vanderbilt released its updated depth chart on Tuesday, and Fuller was listed as the kicker.
It should be noted that Ryley Guay, last year’s kicker, may re-join to the roster. Guay is currently in Vanderbilt medical school and has one year of eligibility remaining. He would have get through the NCAA clearinghouse and COVID-19 testing to be able to play.
Guay made 9-of-11 field goals and 18-of-18 PAT kicks last season.
Interim coach Todd Fitch will coach Vanderbilt final two games against Georgia on Saturday and Tennessee after the firing of Derek Mason.
