A Carlisle player is huge trouble this week after he was viewed punching a Nevada player twice during postgame handshakes.
In a nine-second released video, Nevada’s boys basketball team were exchanging handshakes after a 72-47 victory over Carlisle when Wildcats senior Carter Prenosil suddenly punched Nevada senior guard Ty Dittmer several times before somebody jumped on him to get him to stop, according to Desmoinesregister.
The video ends with Prenosil on the ground and players from both teams trying to break up the fight. There is currently no word on what might have set off that player to cause him to attack.
Nevada is 1-0 to start the season, while Carlisle is 0-2.
We will update when more information is available on any possible discipline is coming to the attacker.
