One player from the Eastern Illinois basketball team was not happy about what a fan was saying to him during a game, so he went over to handle it.
Eastern Illinois player Kinyon Hodges was seen on video attempting to smack the crap out of a fan seated on the sidelines, but it appears that fan was able to move out of the way just in time. Refs appeared to access him a technical foul.
At the same time he did that, his teammate was posterizing a guy with a mean dunk. No word if that dunk still counted.
Hodges is scoring 13.8 points per game and averaging 3.6 rebounds for the Panthers.
Eastern Illinois would go on to lose 80-67 to the Lindenwood Lions. The loss dropped them to 7-17 on the year.
