No athlete likes to get shown up by another player, but it should never lead to violence.
Such was the case during a baseball games involving young kids while parents were looking on.
A batter got thrown out at home, and did not appreciate the catcher flexing on him after the play. He decided to punch him in the face. The umpire immediately threw him out of the game.
Somebody in the crowd could be heard saying, “control your fucking kid.”
