Arch Manning, one of the top football high school prospects in the nation, has turned heads once again by breaking another incredible record.
Arch is the son of Cooper Manning, the nephew of of Peyton and Eli Manning and the grandson of Archie Manning. The 18-year-old has already committed to the Texas Longhorns’ football program for 2023.
According to Garland Gillen of FOX 8, Arch is now the holder of every major passing and touchdown category at Isidore Newman School in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Manning is draft eligible for the year 2026, and it simply isn’t too early for some NFL fanbases to dream of the five-star recruit joining their team. His two uncles, both former first overall picks, went on to save the franchises that they played for, after all.
Cooper, who’s two years older than Peyton and seven years older than Eli, was also once a highly-touted football prospect. Unfortunately, he had to give up his playing career after doctors diagnosed him with spinal stenosis.
Peyton was drafted first overall by the Indianapolis Colts in 1998, having warned them ahead of time to take him over another promising QB in Ryan Leaf. Manning went on to win five MVP awards and two Super Bowls; one with the Colts and the other with the Denver Broncos.

Eli was drafted first overall by the San Diego Chargers in 2004, but he had no desire to play for the franchise. He was eventually traded to the New York Giants in a blockbuster move that sent fellow 2004 draftee and quarterback Philip Rivers over to the Chargers.
The youngest Manning brother went on to lead the Giants to Super Bowl victories in the 2007 and 2011 seasons, both against the dynastic New England Patriots. Peyton and Eli retired from football in 2016 and 2020, respectively.
