Something must be in the water because these kids are getting bigger and bigger at an early age these days.
The latest kid is 14-year-old Juan Gaston who stands 6-foot-8, 320 pounds. He is just a freshman in high school. The left tackle recently made his first start for the team this week and looked well out of place as he towered over everybody on the field.
The kid is so big that he is he actually taller than the top-five tackles selected in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Gaston and Westlake High School started the year 1-0 after a 29-14 win over Archer. Here’s what Gaston had to say after the game.
