According to Jalen Rose, he and estranged wife Molly Qerim have been separated for almost a year. Has she already moved on?
“After being separated for almost a year, Molly and I have officially decided to go our separate ways,” Rose wrote on his Instagram story. “We both agree remaining friends and colleagues is the best course of action for our relationship going forward. Please respect our privacy at this time.”
According to MTO, there are some ESPN employees who think Qerim and Stephen A. Smith are dating.
One employee explained:
“She’s definitely Stephen A’s type, a non-Black woman with ‘exotic’ features.’ Molly is ethnically mixed, Italian and Albanian.
The other employee told MTO News:
“They flirt a lot on camera. I thought it was all just play-play. But now that we learn she’s been single for a year. Yeah, it seems like something is up.”
Do yourself a favor and take this with a major grain of salt as it cannot be confirmed.
Connecticut court records, first obtained by TMZ Sports, show that both parties filed for divorce by early May. Qerim, who has removed Rose’s last name from her social media accounts, has yet to address the divorce.

A source told the New York Post there was no drama surrounding the split.
“They were friends before they were together and are still friends,” the source said. “They saw each other at work today and it was totally normal. They worked to keep their relationship status private over the last year because they have a lot of respect for each other.”
The couple got married in 2018 and barely made it to 3 years before things broke down.
