With the 2024 NBA Draft just a month away, the scouting process is getting wrapped up in the best form of presentation for the NBA front offices. LeBron James’ son Bronny has been the talk of the draft this year, but he is not projected as a first-round pick. The top colleges of American basketball have a host of talents lining up for the draft, but what about the ones coming from offshore? Let’s find out the international talents gracing the 2024 NBA Draft.
Starting with Alex Sarr from France, who is projected as the first overall pick for this year. The 7’1″ center plays for the Perth Wildcats of the Australian National Basketball League and is tipped to succeed Victor Wembanyama as the consecutive French no.1 pick.
Another Frenchman, Tidjane Salaun, who plays for Cholet Basket of the LNB Pro A, has been enlisted for the draft. The 6’9″ forward is also an attractive prospect who will be high up on the franchises’ scouting lists.
Pacome Dadiet is another talent coming out of France who currently plays for Ratiopharm Ulm of the German Basketball Bundesliga. Standing 6’8″ tall, Pacome’s favored position is forward, who can be an enticing prospect.

Another French talent in the draft is Zaccharie Risacher. The 6’10” giant is participating in the draft and currently plays for JL Bourg of the LNB Pro A, on loan from ASVEL.
Who Are the European NBA Talents Participating in the 2024 NBA Draft?
As the likes of Luka Doncic and Nikola Jokic rule the NBA with an iron fist, it is worth mentioning that more European talents are on their way, ready to set foot in the league.
Nikola Topic is one of the most sought-after talents coming out of Europe this year. The 6’6″ point guard plays for Crvena Zvezda (Red Star Belgrade) of the Serbian KLS.
To give him company, Nikola Durisic of Serbia also joins the NBA Draft. The 7-footer plays for Mega Basket of the ABA League and the Basketball League of Serbia and is a two-way threat.
Juan Nunez is the diminutive of the lot who plays for Ratiopharm Ulm of the German Basketball Bundesliga. The 6’4″ Spaniard is a talented point guard who will be one to watch out for.
The German basketball scene has more talent to offer, as Ariel Hukporti of Riesen Ludwigsburg of the Basketball Bundesliga is set for the Draft. The 7-foot center could be a perfect alternative to teams who’ll miss out on Sarr and need some front-court strengthening.
Last but not the least is Swedish talent Bobi Klintman, who plays for the Cairns Taipans of the Australia National Basketball League. The 6’10” power forward is a prolific board cleaner who could be an asset for any team.
Despite being assessed as an underwhelming group overall, the European flair on board can make up for that as they prepare for the night of June 27.
