It was truly a challenging night for Jordan Poole because he had to deal with something he never experienced throughout his career.
Poole recorded nine points and was 3-for-10 from the field as Golden State fell to 3-5 to start the 2022-23 NBA season. However, it was the that played a role in Poole’s frustrating game on Tuesday at FTX Arena.
Poole was called for three carry violations and they all can be seen in the below video.
After the game, the Warriors star took to Instagram, where he shared a clip from a Detroit Pistons-Philadelphia 76ers game in the early to mid-2000s in which the referee Steve Javie called a soft foul on Allen Iverson.
Along with the clip, Poole added, “the refs tonight in Miami.”

Despite what he feels, NBA fans loved the call and had high hopes if refs start calling it for everybody.
