The Golden State Warriors have slumped further this season. Having a forgetful season till now, the Warriors have been lacklustre and have now dropped below the .500 mark. Playing against the Sacramento Kings recently, Steve Kerr and co. succumbed to a 123-117 loss. What was more frustrating for the Warriors was the fact that they had a double digit lead in the second half.
Shockingly, by the time the game ended, Stephen Curry’s team was down by 6 points! However, despite the loss, Steve Kerr is not all gloomy. Instead of lamenting over spilt milk, Kerr is taking the positives even in the face of loss. And one such silver lining was rookie Quinten Post.
Commending Post’s performance, Kerr said to ’The Athletic’s Anthony Slater, “Playing with a space big is a luxury…He changes the look out there. He can hit a three. He can pass. You saw him battling [Domantas] Sabonis. It’s a different look and I’d like to give him some time.”

Meanwhile, with the team struggling significantly this season, Kerr has been facing a lot of questions. Surprisingly, the Warriors’ HC seems to have a lot of confidence in the leadership.
Steve Kerr Reveals His Stance Amidst Golden State Warriors’ Dismal Run
Steve Kerr has suffered both professionally and personally recently. With the Warriors’ campaign going off limits, the HC also had a personal setback. With the Palisades wildfire wreaking havoc, his childhood home has been destroyed. And now, with things not going well on the NBA front, Kerr has been ravaged with questions. But speaking on how he feels about the current Golden State Warriors’ situation, Kerr has kept his faith in the authorities.
“I have 100% faith in our organization to do whatever the right thing is, and sometimes the right thing is to not do anything. It depends on what you’re going to do and what that means. Mike is so good at his job,” Kerr said recently.
