Rapper Kevin Durant, a star for the Phoenix Suns, was unknown until he debuted in one of Stalley’s new tracks. The title track from Stalley’s “Sacred Money” album features Durant, who may not have reached the top of the charts, but Atlanta Hawks player Trae Young undoubtedly loves every beat of the song.
In addition, Durant displayed his skill by rapping a few lines that he wrote because of his affection for his grandma. Recently, Trae Young was spotted dancing to Durant’s song in his car. It felt like the Hawks star was attempting to form a partnership with KD in Phoenix. With recent developments, it’s also likely that Young would play with the Suns the following season.
The lack of a natural point guard on the roster was one of the main problems the Phoenix Suns had throughout the regular season and the tournament. Devin Booker, who is more of a shooting guard, was left to handle the ball because of a lack of a suitable player.
From this angle, it makes perfect sense for the Suns to sign Trae Young. But there’s very little chance that Kevin Durant will join Trae Young in the two possibilities.
Trae Young Might Be Seeking Trade This Year From the Hawks
The Suns’ roster already has three max players, which may be the most apparent explanation. Adding one more maximum player like Trae Young is almost unfeasible. The Suns can only sign players with minimum contracts beginning in 2024–25.
However, it is also improbable that Kevin Durant will leave Phoenix. Furthermore, the Suns management staff has said unequivocally that they intend to play the upcoming season with their current big three and do not intend to trade them.
