The Memphis Grizzlies made light work of the Brooklyn Nets as they cruised to a 135-119 victory. However, there was a lot to get excited about as tempers flared between both sides. After closing the first half with a fantastic performance, Ja Morant taunted Jordi Fernandez constantly by shouting, “Yeah.” While nothing happened at that instance, the seeds of chaos were sown.
As the Grizzlies had a healthy 20-point lead, Ja Morant once again, suddenly began to chirp and clap in front of the Nets’ bench. Taking offense to the action, Jordi Fernandez rushed towards Morant to confront him.
With chaos ensuing, coach Taylor Jenkins too, got involved in the mix. Luckily, after a brief debate, things looked to get sorted between both sides. The Grizzlies coach was even spotted making a gesture that indicated everything was okay between them.
It’s spicy over here. Ja Morant was celebrating while coming out of the game. The Nets didn’t like it. Dennis Schroder and Taylor Jenkins eventually got into it and all the parties had to be separated. pic.twitter.com/hr4iClV3Fc

However, things got worse as Dennis Schroder walked up to Jenkins and started to hurl a mouthful. Enraged at the incident Jenkins clapped back at the officials. “You’re gonna let him fu*king talk to me like that… What the fu*k? Fu*k that sh*t!” said an animated Jenkins. Well, this is not the first time Morant is involved in a controversial play. Recently, he was ejected from the game.
