Stephen Curry is in full vacation mode before getting into his zone ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics. In his spare time, the Golden State Warriors guard is hitting the hoops in a Sacramento gym, but old habits die hard, as even a bucket with random locals triggers Curry to hit his signature celebration.
In a video posted on social media, Curry is seen playing with local hoopers at a gym in Sacramento. After beating his man, Steph launched a 3-pointer, seemingly heading to the basket before rebounding off the rim.
For an NBA player and someone like Curry, a second chance is too much of a luxury, as the 4-time NBA Champion dipped his second effort from beyond the 3-point arc effortlessly. After scoring, his instinct kicked in as he hit his famous “Night Night” celebration for the courtside onlookers.
Despite not making the play-ins this season, Curry had a steady personal season and won the 2024 Clutch Player Of The Year award. Even at 36, Curry averaged 26.4 points per game, 4.5 rebounds, and 5.1 assists while shooting 45% from the field.
With the Paris Olympics camp still to begin, Curry will have some time to himself as he delves into an alternate career of acting.
Stephen Curry Set to Star in Comedy Documentary
The Warriors guard is currently dedicating his time to filming a Peacock documentary. The series’ name is currently subject to change, but it will feature a satirical story about Stephen Curry’s life. Curry will portray himself, while Adam Pally and Ego Nwodim are also set to feature in it as the NBA star’s classmates in junior school.

This is not the first documentary Stephen Curry has been involved in. Last year, Apple released a documentary called “Underrated” on Apple TV+, which became a huge hit.
In the new documentary, however, the story will humorously explore Curry’s childhood. Steph will produce the series with his production company, Unanimous Media, and multiple shots will be taken in the Bay Area, where Curry recently bought a property.
Meanwhile, Sonya Curry is set to release her own show with Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal’s mom, making their lives on the TV screen a family affair in the summer. Soon, all the focus will shift towards the Paris Olympics, where Curry will make his Team USA debut in the competition. Hopefully, he’ll have some moments that can be added to a future documentary.
