While talking about victories in a “hostile environment,” LeBron mentioned the factors that have helped them maintain their winning momentum. James credited the wins to attention to detail and defensive discipline.
“These two wins have been about us doing the little things. Because we’ve been unable to shoot the ball into the ocean. But we’ve been able to win these two games in this hostile environment because we’ve done the little things, and defensively, we’ve been on point,” James said.

“Everybody taking individual challenges and their individual matchups and just good basketball all around—you know, it’s tough to beat a team twice in a row in their home gym You came out and set a big tone on the offensive end,” he added.

“In order for us to win, we got to defend, and then, I mean our shots will our shots will fall. We get too many great looks where we’re playing offense. Damn good. We get to our plate. We get to our places, and on our sets we get to our shots,” LeBron said.

With 1,510 such games, James now holds the top spot, surpassing Abdul-Jabbar’s 1,509.
