Brunson finished the game with a game-high 44 points, adding five rebounds and six assists. Remarkably, this performance came in under 30 minutes of playing time. It set a new franchise record for the most points scored in a game with fewer than 30 minutes. His performance also tied him with Carmelo Anthony for the third-most 40-point games in Knicks history, marking his 17th career 40-point game.
