The Golden State Warriors have struggled to find their mojo this season. Lacking significant consistency, the Warriors are suffering a threat of not making it to the playoffs this season. However, as a last-ditch effort to salvage some valuable points, the Warriors are looking to make the most of their remaining games. Luckily for the fans, Stephen Curry and Co. did not disappoint. Facing off against the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Warriors got themselves a 116-109 victory. But there was an interesting moment in the game that involved Andrew Wiggins.
Andrew Wiggins had one of the biggest nights of his career. Despite a massive 52-point performance from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, thanks to Wiggins, the Warriors saw the game through. Wiggins scored five times from outside the three-point line. And on one occasion, the Warriors’ star had an awkward moment with an NBA official. Soon after scoring an impressive 3-point, Wiggins fell down from a mild collision with one of the Thunder’s players.

However, he came in the way of an NBA official who was in motion. With no other option left, the official almost tripped as he stepped over the star and walked away. Wiggins finished the game with 27 points, four rebounds, and two assists. Meanwhile, despite Wiggins’ impressive show, concerns are mounting over Stephen Curry’s form.
Stephen Curry Gets The Stick With His Poor Show Against Lakers
Warriors recently faced off against the Los Angeles Lakers in a high-profile clash. Andrew Wiggins had a decent game with 20 points on shooting 60% from the field, six rebounds, and three assists. While the Warriors lost the match 118-108, concerns regarding Stephen Curry’s poor form mounted significantly. In the first half of the game, Curry scored 13 points.

Unfortunately, things went downhill from there as Curry failed to add to his tally further in the game. This did not sit well with the fans as they started to lash out at the Warriors’ star for his scoreless second half. Thus, with tensions mounting, the recent win will surely provide some breathing space for the Golden State Warriors.
