Edwards was seen arriving at the Team USA training camp with a Chick-fil-A milkshake in hand, donning a black hoodie. His casual and quirky style, complete with earbuds and indulging in an unhealthy snack, won the hearts of NBA fans.
Edwards joined this star-studded roster, along with others. USA squad for the Paris 2024 Olympics includes LeBron James, Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, Jrue Holiday, Joel Embiid, Jayson Tatum, Anthony Davis, Bam Adebayo, Kawhi Leonard, Tyrese Haliburton, and Devin Booker.
These athletes are ready to bring their collective talent and experience to the international stage. Team USA aims to win gold, having won four straight Olympic gold medals.
Meanwhile, Stephen Curry also stole the limelight by finding a nickname for Joel Embiid and sharing a wholesome moment with LeBron James.

Anthony Edwards is set to make history as the first Minnesota Timberwolves player to represent Team USA at the Olympic level since Kevin Love in 2012. He is only the fourth Timberwolves player ever to receive this honor.

Meanwhile, Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra has taken the responsibility of an assistant coach for Team USA. When Edwards arrived at the training camp, Spoelstra was particularly happy, as he was spotted exchanging hugs and smiles.
Edwards previously proved his talent on the international stage by playing for Team USA’s FIBA roster in the summer of 2023. During that tournament, he led the team in scoring. Ant averaged 18.9 points per game, 4.6 rebounds, and 2.8 assists.
