Donovan Mitchell is saying he “feels fine” in a video updating his progress after testing positive for COVID-19 earlier this week.
“What’s up everybody? Donovan Mitchell here. Just wanted to say thank you guys so much for your continued support, man. It means a lot to me,” said Mitchell in the video.
“I feel fine, things are going well,” Mitchell said in his update video, as seen below. “Just taking the proper precautions. . . . I’m soloing here, just playing video games by myself.”
The 23-year-old Utah guard and his teammate Rudy Gobert tested positive for the widespread disease this past week. Gobert’s positive test led to the NBA suspending the season until this thing gets figured out going forward.
The entire Toronto Raptors team have since been tested for COVID-19 and none of them contracted the disease.
“Can’t wait to get back out there on the floor, man,” says Mitchell.
