The Oklahoma City Thunder are gearing up for the upcoming NBA Draft by hosting several meetings with draft prospects in the coming weeks. These meetings will include players outside the lottery range, as the Thunder will likely add undrafted free agents to their roster. Among these prospects is Jack Gohlke, who is set to have a pre-draft workout with the Thunder.
Gohlke began his basketball career at Division II Hillsdale College in Michigan, where he played for five seasons from 2018 to 2023 before transferring to Oakland University for his final college season.
In his final season with the Oakland Golden Grizzlies, Gohlke was pivotal in leading the team to an upset win over Kentucky in March Madness. He scored 32 points, hitting 10 of his 20 three-point attempts.
Throughout 36 games last season, Gohlke averaged 13.1 points on 37.9% shooting, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.1 assists.
Throughout his college career, Gohlke has been recognized for his exceptional shooting ability. Last season, he made an impressive 364 three-pointers.

Interestingly, Gohlke is almost three months older than Haliburton, though Haliburton has already established himself in the NBA. On the other hand, Golhke is just finishing up a pre-draft workout as he aims to enter the league. Recently, Gohlke shared his thoughts on Haliburton’s journey.
“Surprisingly, we graduated the same year of high school. He’s been doing his thing in the NBA for a while and it’s been really cool to see,” Gohlke said.
Inspired by Haliburton, Gohlke is working hard to prove that he can adapt to any role an NBA team offers him.
