Popular American comedian Lavell Crawford may have bewildered many with his comedic critiques. But he recently opened up about an unexpected encounter with NBA legend Michael Jordan, who was not amused by Crawford’s humor.
During his appearance on Shannon Sharpe’s show “Shay Shay,” Lavell Crawford recounted an incident where Michael Jordan expressed his displeasure over Crawford’s jokes about him.
“I said, ‘Mr. Jordan, can I get a picture with you?’ He grabbed me and was like, ‘N*gga, let me tell you something, I’ll take a picture with you but you better stop talking about me,” Crawford said.
Jordan, who dominated the NBA in the 1990s, garnered attention for his intense persona both on and off the court.
Since retiring in 2003, Jordan has built a lucrative career through various business ventures, including his successful Air Jordan brand under Nike and his ownership stake in the Charlotte Hornets. The NBA legend has has been in the spotlight for his real estate maneuver.
