Kobe Bryant might have had an untimely demise. However, within the time he graced the NBA court, Bryant’s antics have made him a legend. While his name is taken in the same bracket as Michael Jordan, Bryant is a favorite candidate for the NBA GOAT debate. Quite expected, this makes him feature in most of the NBA athletes’ favorites list or on Mount Rushmore. But surely, there are exceptions.
Chicago Bulls star Lonzo Ball is one such name. In a surprising revelation, Ball stated that while LeBron James will surely make it to his Mount Rushmore, he would like to pass on Kobe Bryant. The Bulls’ guard also had solid reasoning for the same. He mentioned that Bryant’s having the most missed shots in NBA history has made him cut off the legend.
“I love Kobe Bryant, but he was never the best player to me when I was watching him… Just because he’s got the most misses ever, you know what I’m saying? I don’t know,” Lonzo Ball said in a recent episode of The WAE Show.

“But back to Curry—his resume, the way he changed the game—he’s the best shooter ever. Carried USA. There ain’t nothing that he hasn’t done, and he’s got the rings to back it up, too. So, I don’t know,” Ball added. Soon after his comments went viral, internet fans lashed out at Ball for his comments.

The hoops fan did not take Lonzo Ball’s words in a kind manner. As a result, most of them instantly hit back at the Bulls’ star.
