Anthony Davis makes a statement that speaks from the heart
The Lakers star Anthony Davis recently shared his thoughts on his team’s recent loss against Tyrese Haliburton’s Pacers. The Lakers lost their five-game winning streak to the Pacers with a final score of 109-90. “It felt like we were little slow today on both ends of the floor,” said AD summarising the game. He highlighted that his team was underperforming and not in their usual playing form.
Later on, the reporter asked Anthony Davis if the lost game was a “wasted opportunity” for the Lakers. “Teams can play well and beat us. I think it is the way we lost tonight is a wasted opportunity… We did not play well defensively. We did not play our style of basketball on either side of the court,” replied AD. He insisted that the way the Lakers lost was a wasted opportunity rather than the loss itself.
