The Chicago Bulls have been very busy rebuilding this offseason. The internet went wild when they signed and traded veteran wing DeMar DeRozan to the Sacramento Kings. Meanwhile, they’re also aiming for a blockbuster trade involving Zach LaVine.
However, finding the right deals for LaVine to speed up their rebuilding process has proven extremely challenging. It looks like there’s no market available for the player at the moment.
Recent insider reports suggest there’s currently “no trade market” for the Bull’s two-time All-Star shooting guard. He’s under contract for $137.9 million over the next three seasons. This massive deal and his injury history might be preventing clubs from recruiting him, given the financial commitment required.
Zach LaVine put up some solid numbers in the 2023-24 season with 19.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 3.9 assists while shooting 45.2% from the field, 34.9% from three-point range, and 85.4% from the line. Despite the performance, time is running out for a trade as teams focus on their offseason plans. Moreover, there have been rumors that the Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors want to sign him, but no deals have been made yet.

He impressed with four three-pointers and some clutch step-back shots, showing his potential as a long-range threat.
