Visuals can surely paint a picture! Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr has recently made an interesting visual comparison. Steph Curry and Co. will have their work cut out when they face the Houston Rockets. Clashing on Wednesday for the in-season tournament quarterfinal, the GSW will be looking to come out of the game with a victory.
However, that might be a problem as the Warriors will be ascending to the ‘depths of hell’ at the Toyota Center Court! While it might sound quite bizarre, this is the exact comparison that GSW head coach Steve Kerr has made. In a recent pre-game conversation, Kerr hilariously called the Rockets’ home court ‘hell.’ “I told one of the coaches it felt like I was descending into the depths of hell. Deep, deep red hue on the floor. It’s a little disconcerting. I thought I had been better in my life. I didn’t think I deserved that fate,” said Kerr.

For the uninitiated, the home court of the Houston Rockets is painted with a vibrant red hue. This is to highlight the red colors of the Rockets’ jersey. Meanwhile, the Toyota Center comparison is not the only lighthearted comment Kerr made in recent times. He also had a statement on Draymond Green that left everyone in splits.
Steve Kerr Rates Draymond Green Mimicking Steph Curry’s Celebration
After a series of inconsistent performances, the Golden State Warriors finally managed to come on top. Facing off against the Minnesota Timberwolves, the 114-106 victory will do a world of good. What was more encouraging for the Warriors was their star duo, Steph Curry and Draymond Green teaming up.
“He’s no Steph Curry, but it was a decent impersonation, and I appreciate the passion behind it.”

While Curry dropped 30 points, Green finished things off with a thumping dunk. After pulling off the spectacular move, Green mimicked Curry’s famous ‘Night Night’ celebration to express his joy. Unfortunately, when asked about the same, Steve Kerr did not look impressed. “He’s no Steph Curry,” said Kerr. Thus, trying to lighten up the mood, it remains to be seen whether Kerr and co. can lift the Warriors up in the upcoming games.
