Golden State Warriors legend Stephen Curry will launch a new podcast titled “Heat Check,” which he will co-host with his father, Dell Curry. This podcast marks the first time an NBA father-son duo will team up in this format.
“Heat Check” aims to delve into the lives and journeys of the Curry family. Listeners can expect appearances from Steph and Dell, Sonya Curry, and Muggsy Bogues. The show promises to offer a unique, behind-the-scenes look at one of the most famous families in basketball.
Unanimous Media will produce the podcast, which will debut on June 13. Stephen and Dell Curry’s collaboration brings together two generations of basketball excellence and experience.
Dell Curry, who was the Charlotte Hornets’ TV color analyst for years, brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the podcast. His career in the NBA spanned 16 seasons, beginning in the 1986-87 season and concluding in the 2001-02 campaign. Throughout his career, Dell played for several teams, including the Utah Jazz, Cleveland Cavaliers, Charlotte Hornets, Milwaukee Bucks, and Toronto Raptors.

In addition to the Charlie Sifford Award, Curry received praise from retired LPGA star Michelle Wie West. The golfer took to Instagram to congratulate Curry and his fellow athletes, JJ Rich and Kgs Toney.
“Congrats @stephencurry30, @jjrich2 @kgstoney, what you guys are doing with @underratedgolf is changing kids’ lives,” Wie West wrote on her Instagram story.
Throughout his career, the “GOAT” producer has been a vocal advocate for making golf more approachable for people of all ages and backgrounds. His efforts to inspire a new generation of golfers have not gone unnoticed and earned him this well-deserved recognition.
