Stephen Curry is on top of the basketball world right now, as he and his Golden State Warriors took home the title Thursday night by beating the Boston Celtics in Game 6 of the NBA Finals. Curry was selected as the Finals MVP for the first time in his career. This was also his fourth Championship, further cementing his legacy as one of the all-time greats.
Near the end of the game, with the Warriors starting to pull away, Steph started the celebrations even before the final whistle had blown.
After hitting a three pointer to stretch the lead in the fourth quarter, he was seen putting his hands to his face as if to tell the fans in Boston “good night” this game is over.
The celebrating did not stop there. Soon after, Curry was spotted pointing to his finger, indicating exactly where his next ring is going to be placed.
In the post game interview, Curry gave a shoutout to Los Angeles Rams superstar Aaron Donald, who had the same celebration earlier this year when the Los Angeles Rams defeated the Cincinnati Bengals to win the Super Bowl.
