Michael Jordan had an incredible career spanning 15 seasons in the NBA from 1984 to 2003, during which he snagged six NBA championships with the Chicago Bulls. He’s often regarded as the greatest player in NBA history. Recently, though, a fan sparked some debate questioning his GOAT status.
According to a recent post by NBA Central on X, someone created Jordan’s bot on Cantina AI. A fan named Buster on Cantina AI asked the bot, “Who do you think is the greatest of all time?” The bot replied, “That’s a no-brainer; it’s me.”
Fan: Why do you think you are better than LeBron [James], I mean LeBron played so many more seasons. He had so many more points, pretty much better in every category. Why do you think you are better.
Jordan’s Bot: Rings, Buster. I’ve got six, he’s got four.
Fan: What about the longevity aspect. You don’t think that there’s a legitimate debate or argument there.
Jordan’s bot: I dominated when it mattered, Buster.

Ex-NBA Star Reveals Why Michael Jordan Outshines LeBron James
Throughout the history of the NBA, only a few players have had the unique opportunity to share the court with both Michael Jordan and LeBron James. One such player is former NBA player Brendan Haywood. In a recent appearance on the Run Your Race podcast, Haywood reflected on the debate surrounding who is the greatest of all time (GOAT) between Jordan and James.
“Come on now. MJ is the greatest ever. This man is MVP, Defensive Player of the Year,” Haywood stated. “He’s MVP, First Team All-Defense, Finals MVP, and leading the league in scoring, all in the same year. Only been done four times, all MJ. That’s how you end the debate.” Haywood said.
Over the years, many players have shared their opinions on the debate regarding whether James or Jordan is the GOAT. However, former NBA player Charles Barkley recently opted out of discussing this topic. Jordan accomplished extraordinary feats before his retirement, while LeBron continues to compete actively in his 22nd professional season.
