James Harden’s return from a hamstring injury probably wasn’t what the Brooklyn Nets were hoping for, but it ended up not mattering thanks to Kevin Durant going into God mode on the floor.
Harden returned to the Nets, but only scored five points on a ghastly 1-of-10 shooting (0-of-8 from deep) with eight assists, six rebounds and four turnovers in a 114-108 Nets win on Tuesday.
Getting poked in the eye doesn’t help either.
Harden didn’t get much praise, bt he did have one person on his side. Dickie V took to Twitter and shouted out Harden, but did so in a weird way.

Before Tuesday night, Harden had been out since the opening minute of Game 1, when he pulled up after a drive the basket. The Team did not need him in Game 1 and 2, but then they lost Games 3 and 4 when the series moved to Milwaukee.
They can now close out the series in Milwaukee.
