The Golden State Warriors edged out a hard-fought 114–106 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday night, avenging their loss to the Wolves just days earlier. This marked the second consecutive matchup between the two teams, with the Timberwolves winning the previous game 107–90.
In Sunday’s contest, Draymond Green delivered the game-sealing moment in the final seconds. With less than a minute remaining, Green drove past Minnesota center Rudy Gobert and threw down a thunderous dunk to put the Warriors firmly in control.
The emphatic play didn’t just secure the win; it also gave Green the perfect opportunity to channel his teammate Stephen Curry’s famous “Night Night” celebration. As Green jogged back on defense, he mimicked Curry’s signature move.

Stephen Curry Praises Draymond Green’s “Night Night” Celebration
Stephen Curry also loved Draymond Green’s first-ever “Night Night” celebration. Speaking to NBC Sports Bay Area’s Chris Mullin after the game, Curry admitted it was a new experience for him to see Green adopt the move.
“I’ve never seen him do it. I know he was in Paris for the gold medal game. I’m sure he will hit a dagger three at some point. But the dagger dunk—that’s new territory for the “night night” because you won’t see me do that,” Curry said.
With the win, the Warriors improved their season record to 14-9. They now turn their focus to their next matchup against the Houston Rockets.
