In preparation for the 2024–25 season, the Los Angeles Clippers will unveil their new venue, Intuit Dome. Owner Steve Ballmer’s ambitious project is giving fans a glimpse of what’s to come. Being a new home for the Clippers, the Inglewood arena will serve as more than simply an art exhibition when the NBA season begins in the fall.
The 17,700-seat facility will hold concerts beginning in August, with Bruno Mars taking center stage before basketball takes center stage. If they go there, the venue’s artwork may become more popular with fans than the event itself.
The Clippers have brought together top L.A. and Inglewood artists to create unique installations for the new arena. After watching the beauty of Intuit Dome, Gillian Zucker described it as a “Basketball Palazzo.”
Despite ongoing trade controversy, fans are showering praise on social media after getting a glimpse of the “Intuit Dome.” For some, the Clippers used to be seen as a poverty franchise, but the new venue is changing that perception. One fan commented, “Poverty franchise getting a new arena”
Stephen A. Smith called it the “Disney of Hoops” in his remarks. Another fan named Mitsu Miller tweeted, “The New Arena looks sweet!”

Los Angeles Clippers Owner Obsessed With Intuit Dome Toilets
Steve Ballmer’s excitement for the Clippers’ new arena isn’t just about escaping the Lakers‘ shadow. What truly excites him are the toilets. He’s been passionate about the number and accessibility of toilets in the Intuit Dome, a topic he didn’t shy away from discussing in large attendance.
Even Kawhi couldn’t help but smile at his boss’ passion for so many toilets when he said, “TOILETS! 1,160 toilets and urinals! We do not want people waiting in line. We want them back in their damn seats!”
