The Washington Wizards have had a tough season, and Friday’s game added another loss to their record. The Chicago Bulls defeated the Wizards, 138-105, at the United Center. Despite the challenging result, there was a moment in the game that had fans talking and buzzing about a play by Wizards’ star Kyle Kuzma.
In the second quarter, with the score at 58-68, Kuzma attempted an eye-catching full-court pass that left the audience in awe. The pass, which looked more like something a quarterback would attempt in football, soared across the court in an attempt to set up a bucket. Unfortunately, the pass didn’t reach its intended target and bounced back into the mid-court.

Some suggested that Kuzma might actually thrive as a quarterback in football with his throwing skills.

Sacramento Kings Eyeing Kyle Kuzma Before Trade Deadline
As the February 6 NBA trade deadline approaches, rumors surrounding NBA stars are intensifying, and one of the players in the spotlight is Kyle Kuzma. While his market has cooled somewhat since then, NBA insider Brett Siegel reported that the Kings are still keeping an eye on Kuzma in case their trade talks with the Brooklyn Nets.
“Kuzma was drawing trade interest from several teams before the holiday season. His market has since cooled, although the Sacramento Kings remain a team to watch for the Wizards’ forward if they strike out on a trade with the Nets for Johnson,” Siegel said.
Kuzma has entered his fourth season with the Wizards. He is averaging 14.6 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game across 19 games this season.
