Some NBA fans on Twitter love to spew things they know nothing about. There are plenty of NBA players who like to engage with these haters, too, including the likes of Kevin Durant and Damian Lillard.
Over the weekend, Shaquille O’Neal decided to get in on the fun after a fan disrespected his career with the Lakers. After an account posted his incredible stats from that run, one man commented saying that Shaq wouldn’t have won without Kobe.
The Lakers icon wasn’t at all pleased by the slander, and O’Neal was quick to point out that every team needs at least two stars on the squad in order to win a championship:
“no person can win without another star big dummy how many would magic have without kareem how many would kenny smith have without hakeem wtf u talking about i hate dumb ass people enjoy my stats and stf up”
Shaq has career averages of 23.7 points, 10.9 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks per game.
There is no doubt that Shaquille O’Neal was one of the most dominant players in the league in his prime. He is a 4-time champion and an MVP who managed to secure a three-peat for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Few players’ careers can rival Shaquille O’Neal’s, and it’s extremely difficult to imagine a more dominant player than Shaq in his prime.
