The Milwaukee Bucks faced challenges at the start of the 2024-25 NBA season. After winning their first game against the Philadelphia 76ers, they endured a six-game losing streak. This situation intensified the trade rumors surrounding their star player, Giannis Antetokounmpo.
While the team improved its performance over the following weeks, speculation regarding Antetokounmpo’s future persists. In this context, Shams Charania of ESPN has provided a significant hint about the Bucks’ current position on a potential trade involving Antetokounmpo.
“There will be no Giannis Antetokounmpo trade this season. Between the Cup & moving forward… his priority is putting himself in a position where he can have long-term sustained winning wherever that may be. Right now, it’s Milwaukee.” Charania said.
