Durant talked about it in the post-game conference and also praised his teammate Jusuf Nurkic. He complimented Nurkic for his vision and the impact he had had on elevating the game of the players on the team.

Suns’ star Kevin Durant has offered his insights on the latest strategy of the Phoenix Suns that they demonstrated against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Suns exploited the corner spaces on the court really well shooting down threes from the tight ends of the court. Durant flourished in this strategy living up to his reputation as one of the best shooters in history.
After the game, KD talked about the win and the strategy in a post-game conference. A reporter asked him about the possessions where he utilized the corner spaces and Jusuf Nurkic’s ability to find him at those favorable positions. “It is great that I get wide-open corner threes, and I have been seeing a lot of them this year because he (Jusuf Nurkic) is such a good passer,” said KD complimenting his teammate on his passing ability.

Durant leads Suns to win over Timberwolves
The Phoenix Suns dominated the Minnesota Timberwolves in their recent matchup. The Suns were up for the entire game and the Wolves who are the top team in the Western Conference had no choice but to trail behind them. Suns secured their third straight win while the Wolves ended their win streak at two. The final score was 97-87 with Grayson Allen leading the charts for the Suns with 23 points. However, Kevin Durant did not trail behind much and scored 22 points helping his team secure the win.

Bradley Beal, Jusuf Nurkic, and Devin Booker all helped pile on the lead. Beal scored 14 points, while Nurkic netted 11 points, collected 15 rebounds, and provided six assists. For the Suns’ star Devin Booker, it was not a star night like his 50-point stunner against the Pelicans. He scored 13 points and dished out 13 assists to help his team secure their third consecutive win. For the Wolves their star player Anthony Edwards led the charts with 17 points.
